By booking a safari tour or using any of the services provided by Bush & Boujee Safaris ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
These terms apply to all safari packages, custom tours, and related services offered through our website, offices, or authorized agents.
Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the tour departure date.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and mobile money payments. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Currency: Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time before a deposit is received.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The following cancellation fees apply based on the date of cancellation:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. Your policy should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. We can recommend suitable providers upon request. Bush & Boujee Safaris is not liable for any costs incurred due to inadequate insurance coverage.
While we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, wildlife movements, park regulations, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided where possible. No refunds will be given for itinerary changes forced by force majeure events.
• Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and that you have the necessary visas.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by your guide and comply with park rules and regulations.
• Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
• Be adequately insured for the activities included in your safari package.
• Respect wildlife, local communities, and the natural environment at all times.
Bush & Boujee Safaris acts in good faith and takes all reasonable measures to ensure client safety. However, safari activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, wildlife encounters, vehicle travel on unpaved roads, and outdoor activities. The Company is not liable for injury, illness, death, or property loss resulting from force majeure, client negligence, or circumstances beyond our control.
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing your booking and providing our services. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your safari arrangements (e.g., hotels, airlines, park authorities). These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
